Delivery will only be made to locations within South Africa.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations will only permitted before the order is shipped from the supplier’s warehouse. Such orders will be liable for a 15% admin and restocking fee and the balance of the payment will be returned via EFT within 14 days of receiving account details.
Orders are final once they have shipped and no cancellations will be permitted at this point.
Split Orders
Where it is necessary to split an order due to unavailability of the product, delivery charges will not apply to subsequent shipments.
Returns
The customer must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and we will not be liable for any defect in the products or shortages in delivery unless written notice is given to us within 7 days of delivery. We do not write software comprised in the products and it is the customer’s responsibility to check for the presence of computer viruses before products are used. In the case of non-delivery, the customer must notify us within 14 days of purchase, otherwise no liability can be accepted. Any liability for non-delivery or defective products shall be limited to, at our discretion, replacing or repairing the products within a reasonable time or to refund any money paid in respect to the products. The customer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of products including warranty repair or replacement of faulty goods without exception.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Any product that has been received by a customer and deemed to be non-working or faulty, within 10 days from date of delivery, is deemed to be DOA. Provided the defect is confirmed by our technical support, such products will be replaced for a new unit, stocks permitting, or for a purchase price credit where stocks are no longer available. Any products exceeding this 10 day period will not qualify for replacement or credit and will fall under the standard warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
Damaged Products
Delivered parcels must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. Damaged parcels that contain damaged products must be rejected and we must be notified within 48 hours. We will dispatch replacements as soon as possible. Undamaged parcels containing damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage, for example images.
Incorrect Products
Receipts of incorrect deliveries must be notified to us within 5 working days of delivery. All such disputes will be resolved through using all the information available at that time eg. proof of delivery.
Uncontrollable Events and Delays
In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control, we shall have the right to either suspend deliveries without notice or cancel the contract without liability. By way of illustration and not of limitation, the following are to be treated as uncontrollable events: strike, lockout, riot, revolution, mobilisation, war, epidemic, official regulations, transportation difficulties, working difficulties, machine breakdowns, fires, failure of suppliers, or other causes, whether similar or not.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change the price of any product without notice until an order has been placed and paid. Any prices officially quoted in writing will be valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the offer.
Product Information
The customer shall ensure that any safety information of whatever kind provided by us in relation to the products supplied is passed, where the products are supplied for use at work, to the customer’s employees or, where the products are supplied for resale, to the subsequent purchaser. The customer shall not alter, mask or remove any such safety information from the products.
Verbal Agreements
Any verbal agreement which does not conform to the present terms, shall not be binding on us unless it has been confirmed by us in writing.
Warranty
All products are supplied with the benefit of the manufacturers warranty agreement and warranty process.
